Integrated Power Architecture

Thorlime develops LIMON™, a fully integrated power architecture that embeds reference, regulation and conversion into a single compact system—delivering AC‑to‑DC power with higher efficiency, lower heat and simpler integration for OEMs and engineers.

LIMON Architecture

Integrated by design

Reference + regulation + conversion embedded in one architecture—no external componentes required for PICO/NANO.

Cooler & more efficient

Reduced losses translate into lower heat, higher density and improved reliability for compact devices.

Ready to scale

From compact, plug-and-play power modules (PICO U15 / NANO U30) to scalable power components (TOR-RF / TOR-RE).

Why LIMON

✓ Integrated architecture (reference + regulation embedded)

✓ AC or DC input to stabilized DC output

✓ High efficiency and reduced heat generation

✓ Ultra‑compact footprint for embedded and IoT designs

✓ Wide output options: 3V to 48V DC

✓ Very stable with low ripple & noise

✓ Designed for certification paths and OEM adoption

✓ Scales from modules to chip + licensing platform

Technology Demonstrator

Technology Demonstrator

We present an example of an extreme integration product, not as the main line of business. It validates how the LIMON architecture can be integrated into the connector itself.

This product serves as a proof of technology, showcasing how an ultra-miniaturized power supply can be fully integrated into a mobile charging solution. Its form factor allows it to disappear within the wall connector, while dynamically delivering the exact voltage and power required by the connected smartphone or tablet.

For Engineers

TOR‑RF and TOR‑RE expose individual functional elements of the LIMON architecture for specialized reuse and evaluation. They are architectural access points — not dependencies for PICO U15 /NANO U45.

TOR‑RE
AC/DC Regulator

Architectural access point

TOR‑RE — AC/DC Regulator Module

A compact regulator module designed for engineering reuse and auxiliary rails in advanced designs. Use it when you need a discrete regulation block — not because PICO/NANO require it.

Typical Uses

  • • Auxiliary rails and low‑power control supplies
  • • Design‑in evaluation and rapid prototyping
  • • Specialized OEM integration
TOR‑RF
Voltage Reference

Architectural access point

TOR‑RF — Voltage Reference AC/DC

A high‑precision reference module that converts medium‑voltage AC/DC into stable reference outputs. Designed for instrumentation, control loops and low‑noise reference needs in advanced designs.

Typical Uses

  • • Precision reference in measurement and control
  • • Low‑noise auxiliary and sensing circuits
  • • Engineering evaluation of LIMON functions
